Can I Recover My Wallet if I Lose My Trezor Device?

Yes. During setup, Trezor.suite provides a recovery seed—a 12 or 24-word phrase written on paper. With this seed, you can recover your wallet using any compatible hardware wallet or software, even if your original device is lost.

What if I Forget My PIN?

If you forget your PIN, contact Trezor support. Unfortunately, a forgotten PIN cannot be recovered from Trezor.suite alone—you'll need to use your recovery seed to restore your wallet on a new Trezor device.

How Often Should I Update Trezor.suite?

Trezor.suite notifies you of available updates automatically. It's recommended to update regularly, as Trezor.suite updates include security patches, new features, and improved asset support. Updates are installed directly from the official source.

Does Trezor.suite Charge Fees?

Trezor.suite itself is free to use. Network fees for sending transactions depend on blockchain conditions and are paid to the network, not Trezor.suite. You control and confirm all fees before signing.
